OH-SO-GOOD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl until blended. Do not use mixer but stir with spoon. Pour in 9x13 greased pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and sprinkle on top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

SAUCE:

2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and cook 4 minutes stirring constantly. Pour over cake while hot. Pour over cake when cooked.
