CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
4 split chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (mushroom soup can)
1 can rice (mushroom soup can)
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli (or fresh cut)
Dash of salt, pepper & garlic salt

In 8 x 12 inch baking dish mix well soup, milk, rice, broccoli and seasonings. Lay chicken breast on top of rice mixture and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is done. You can melt cheese on top before serving if desired.
