HUNGARIAN POTATO SOUP | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 4 med. diced potatoes 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 c. sour cream 2 1/2 c. milk Cook onion in butter until tender. Add potatoes, salt, and 1 cup water. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until tender. Blend flour, paprika, and sour cream until smooth. Stir into potato mix. Add milk. Heat to boiling, stirring often. Cook 1 minute. Season to taste. |
