PEANUT BUTTER CUP MUFFINS 
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk, room temp.
2/3 c. chunky peanut butter
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 lg. eggs, room temp.
2 tsp. vanilla
12 bite size peanut butter filled chocolate cups

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Butter or grease muffin tins. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl mix milk, peanut butter, oil, eggs and vanilla. Make a well in dry mixture and add liquid milk mixture. Stir together. Spoon heaping tablespoons into muffin cups. Add a candy and mash into batter. Spoon additional batter to cover candy. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
