LEMON SQUARES 
1 lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 stick melted butter
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped nuts or coconut
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. lemon zest

Mix cake mix, egg and butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chips and nuts over this. Mix powdered sugar, eggs, cream cheese, lemon juice and zest. Pour over chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes (until bubbly and golden).
