4 med. sweet potatoes
6 med. apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Pare and slice potatoes and apples into a buttered casserole. Mix brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon and sprinkle over them. Dot butter over the mixture. Bake in moderate oven for 45-60 minutes.
