CAKE: 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. Wesson oil 1 c. apricot nectar juice Duncan Hines lemon cake mix FROSTING: Powdered sugar Apricot nectar Mix cake mix with all other cake ingredients and mix well. Pour in a tube pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Add enough apricot nectar to powdered sugar to make a sauce to drizzle over cake. |
