4 tbsp. butter 4 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt Fresh fruit or canned pie filling Powdered (10X) sugar Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the butter in a 9x13 inch pan and allow this to melt in hot oven. Beat the eggs, flour, milk, and salt. Pour this mixture into the hot pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve topped with fruit and sprinkle with powdered (10X) sugar. |
