CHOCOLATE CHERRY CARDIAL DROPS 
1 pkg. (17.5 oz.) Duncan Hines chocolate chip cookie mix
1 egg
2 tsp. water
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries, well drained
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cookie mix, egg and water in large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended. Stir in cherries and coconut. Shape dough into 36 balls. Roll in nuts. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 11-12 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack. Makes 3 dozen.
