HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. ground hot peppers
3/4 c. chopped green sweet peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. elder vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid pectin

Grind the hot peppers with the seeds, but remove seeds from bell peppers before grinding. Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar in saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes.
