PEACH KUCHEN | |
2 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 lb. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 egg yolks 2 cans peach halves or slices 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. heavy cream Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt with pastry blender. Cut in butter. Sprinkle mixture on bottom and sides of an 11" pie pan. Place peaches, cut side up, over this. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix egg yolks with the heavy cream. Pour over peaches. Bake 30 minutes longer at 350 degrees. |
