BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
6 sliced buttered firm bread
Cinnamon
3 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Sprinkle bread lightly with cinnamon. Cook berries, sugar and water for 10 minutes. Arrange bread and berries in alternate layers in glass bread dish. Chill in refrigerator several hours. Turn out and slice. Serve with thin cream or vanilla yogurt. Serves 6.

Freeze some berries in August and have a summer dessert in winter!
