CARAMEL CORN 
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt

Bring to boil. 1 c. peanuts 15 c. freshly popped popcorn

Mix the above ingredients and bring to a boil. Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 cup peanuts. Pour over 15 cups of freshly popped corn. Arrange on 2 or 3 cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes to recoat popcorn. Store covered.
