CHICKEN BARLEY SOUP 
5 c. water
Chicken
2 onions, chopped
3-5 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 c. barley
Salt to taste
Poultry seasoning to taste

Place any amount of chicken and barley in water and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Add onions and carrots, cover and cook for 20-30 minutes. Add salt and seasonings, as needed. Bone chicken if needed and cut into chunks.
