FROSTED 7-UP SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
13 oz. crushed pineapple, drained & reserve juice
13 oz. pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained & reserve juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. reserved pineapple juice
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. whipping cream, whipped (I used frozen whipped topping - low fat)

Mix Jell-O, boiling water and 7-Up. Pour into 9x13x2 inch pan. Refrigerate until partially set. Add crushed pineapple, pineapple chunks, marshmallows, sliced strawberries and bananas. Refrigerate until set. Cook sugar, pineapple juice and flour until thick. Cool and add butter. Fold in whipped whipping cream. Spread over top of Jell-O and refrigerate.
