VEGETABLE SALAD SHELLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Several dashes of red hot sauce
12 jumbo pasta shells
6 sm. lettuce leaves

In saucepan cook frozen vegetables according to package (no salt). Drain. In bowl combine vinegar, oil, sugar, green pepper, onion, celery seed, mustard seed nd hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Add cooked vegetables. Cover and chill, cook pasta shells according to package (no salt). Drain and chill.

Drain off chilled vegetables and spoon into shells, arrange 2 shells per lettuce leaf per serving. Serves 6.
