SALSA 
2 med. tomatoes, seedless, chopped (2 c.)
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tsp. dried leaf cilantro
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped (2 tbsp.)

In small non-metal bowl combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Store covered in refrigerator up to 5 days. 3 1/2 cups.
