SKINNY BEAN SALAD 
Calories: 42 per serving Exchanges: 1 serving = 1 Vegetable B

1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans
1 (1 lb.) can cut wax beans
1 c. dark red kidney beans
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
1/4 c. cider vinegar
Artificial sweetener equal to 1/4 c. sugar

Drain beans. Toss beans, onion and green pepper. Combine low calorie dressing, vinegar and artificial sweetener. Pour over bean mixture. Toss and chill overnight.

NOTE: This salad may be used as a Vegetable A exchange, if the kidney beans are omitted from the recipe.
