1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together first six ingredients and take out 3/4 cup; set aside for topping. Add all remaining ingredients, except nuts.

Spread evenly in 9 x 12 inch well greased pan. Sprinkle reserved 3/4 mix and 1 cup nuts over entire cake mix. Bake 25-30 minutes.
