SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles, cooked 1 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 c. tomato sauce 1 c. creamed cottage cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 c. green onions, chopped 1 c. sharp cheese, grated Cook noodles and rinse in cold water. Brown meat, drain; add seasonings. Add tomato sauce, simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Alternate layers in 2 quart casserole, ending with meat. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
