SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
8 oz. crabmeat
8 oz. minced clams
8 oz. tiny shrimp
4 strips bacon, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. dry white wine
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 can cream style corn
3 c. milk
1 c. half and half or evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Drain seafood, reserve liquid. In large kettle saute bacon and garlic until bacon is crisp. Add potatoes, liquid from seafood, wine and seasonings. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add seafood and remaining ingredients. Heat slowly to simmer, but do not boil. Serves 5 or 6.
