ALMOND BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 c. ripe banana puree (3 lg.)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. toasted, chopped almonds, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat first six ingredients together. Combine next four ingredients and add to banana mixture. Reserving 2 tablespoons almonds, stir remaining almonds into batter. Divide batter between two loaf pans that have been greased. Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing. Makes 2 loaves.
