CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened, room temp.
2 pkgs. chipped beef/ham, chopped very fine
3 tbsp. minced onions
3 tbsp. Accent or MSG (monosodium glutamate)

Mix everything together with a fork, saving a portion of the grated beef to roll your finished cheese ball in. Serve with crackers. Allow to stand at room temperature to soften.
