CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. (self-rising) flour
1 egg
Salt & pepper

Cut up and wash chicken. Boil in 3 cups water and soup (debone if you like). Salt and pepper to taste. Mix dough for dumplings with flour, egg, 2/3 cup water and 2 drops yellow food coloring (mixed in water). Drop by a scant teaspoonful into chicken and soup mixture.
