ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. orange Jello (sugar free)
1 c. cold water (may use juice from oranges for part of water)
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until mixed. Add cold water and mandarin orange slices. Put into a mold and chill.
