DRIED BEEF SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. dried beef (in jar)
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
1/2 c. green bell pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop dried beef fine. Moisten onion flakes. Chop bell pepper fine. Mix all ingredients. Place in baking dish to be served in.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Serve warm with mixed crackers.
