SPAETZLE 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 eggs
10-11 tbsp. water

Put flour in large bowl; add salt, eggs, and water. Using a wooden utensils beat until big bubbles appear. Bring water with some salt to a boil. Put some dough in a spaetzle press and press into the boiling water. Boil until spaetzle floats on top. Scoop out with a straining spoon and put into a buttered bowl. Repeat process until all dough is used. If desired put a piece of butter between the spaetzle. Serve with a gravy or with butter sauce.
