POTATO SALAD, AUNT NORMA JEAN'S 
4 lg. potatoes
4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
1/2 tbsp. bacon drippings
1/3 chopped green onions, use green also
1 tsp. dill weed
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt & white pepper to taste

Cook potatoes until tender. Cool and slice them thin. Combine sour cream, dill, mayonnaise, onions, bacon crumbles. Add bacon drippings to potatoes. Stir and chill until needed. Can be made the day before. Yield: 6.
