MINI PIZZAS 
1 can (11 oz.) condensed tomato bisque soup
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
4 English muffins or hamburger buns, split and toasted
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In saucepan, combine soup, garlic and oregano. Heat; stir occasionally. Spread soup mixture on muffins; top with cheese. Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts. Makes 8 mini-pizzas.
