GARLIC FETA CHEESE SPREAD 
1/2 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced and mashed to paste
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
3/4 lb. cream cheese, cut into bits and softened

In food processor (or with beaters), blend together all the ingredients until combined. Transfer to serving bowl and chill it, covered, 2 hours. Spread on crisp crackers or bagel chips.

Yields 1 1/2 cups.
