SHRIMP SAUTEED WITH GARLIC 
2 lbs. lg. shrimps, shelled
2 lg. tomatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 c. white wine
4 tbsp. garlic butter
Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium size skillet, heat the garlic butter and add the shrimps. Let cook for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and let cook for 1 minute and deglaze with white wine. Adjust seasoning. Serve immediately with slices of French bread.

GARLIC BUTTER:

1 lb. butter, cut into cubes
5 cloves garlic
3 shallots
1/2 c. roughly chopped parsley
3 tbsp. Brandy
Salt and pepper to taste
