CORN MUFFIN COMBO 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, liquid and all
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
2 beaten eggs
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter. fold corn into beaten eggs. Add muffin mix to egg mixture. Add green pepper, sauteed onion, butter, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Spread sour cream over top. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake 40 minutes at 375°F.
