CHICKEN MEDLEY 
1 (3-4 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 green pepper, cut in strips
4-5 potatoes, pared and cut into 3-inch strips
1/4 c. cooking oil
Dash of oregano
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 carrot, cut in strips
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lg. can peas

Place chicken in a large baking dish and salt and pepper to taste. Combine all other ingredients, except peas, in a mixing bowl and stir well. Pour over the chicken pieces. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until the chicken is done. Add the peas for the last 10 minutes of baking.
