1 c. oil (not olive)
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Ground pepper

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix with wire whisk. Let set at least 6 hours.
