BUTTERMILK PIE 
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Ground nutmeg

Sift flour, sugar and salt together into mixing bowl and set aside. Combine the melted butter, eggs and buttermilk and mix well. Stir in vanilla and lemon extract. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Bake on the center shelf of a 350 degree oven 55 to 60 minutes or until filling is set and lightly brown.
