NEBRASKA BEAN DISH 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 lb. ground beef
1 can pork & beans (303)
1 can lima beans (303)
1 can red kidney beans (303)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 med. onion

Dice and fry bacon lightly, drain off fat. Dice onion and fry slightly. Brown ground beef. Add bacon, onion and beans; mix well. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, catsup and mustard. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees or microwave 5-8 minutes until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
