WHEAT GERM MUFFINS 
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

MUFFINS:

1/2 c. wheat germ
2/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 6 muffin cups and set aside. Combine topping ingredients to form crumbs. Reserve. To make muffins, combine all dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and oil. Add mixture to dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Sprinkle Topping over batter and press lightly down. Bake until light golden brown, about 18 minutes. Serve hot with butter and honey.
