KEY LIME PIE 
4 eggs
14 oz. can Eagle milk
1/2 c. Key lime juice
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Baked pie shell

Separate eggs, beat yolks until frothy, add milk and beat. Add 1/2 cup lime juice, mix until well combined. Beat whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar, when whites begin to form soft peaks. Add 4 tablespoons sugar gradually and beat to stiff peaks. Put on top of pie and in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool and chill.
