PEACH CAKE 
1 lg. can peaches with juice or 1 qt. canned peaches
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend first 4 ingredients together. Then mix dry ingredients together. Add nuts. Mix all together. Bake in floured tube pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. white syrup
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix together. Punch holes in cake and pour glaze over cake.
