STUFFED WHOLE FISH 
Rice-A-Roni herb and seasoning stuffing mix
Sliced lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion

Fill cavity with herb stuffing mix that has been cooked according to package directions. Add parsley and garlic to taste. Slice lemon on top of stuffing. Top stuffed fish with melted butter, lemon juice, and thinly sliced onion rings. Double wrap in heavy aluminum foil. Place over medium hot coals on barbecue 4 inches from coals. Cook 15 minutes per inch. Measure raw fish from thickest point.
