2 pkg. sponge (not toasted) Stella Dom Anise cookies, use about 1 1/2 pkg. 24 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant) 24 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) Milk 1 tsp. rum (optional) Line a 13 x 9 inch dish with cookies flat side up. Make pudding as directed only using 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour 1 cup milk and 1 teaspoon rum over cookies evenly in dish. Pour chocolate pudding when cooked over cookies. Pour vanilla pudding over chocolate pudding when cooked. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. When cool, top with Cool Whip. Can be made the night before. |
