STEW MEAT GRAVY 
1 pkg. stew meat
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
Chopped green peppers, optional
Mushrooms, optional

Cut stew meat into thin pieces. Flour and brown in a small amount of grease. Remove meat from pan. Drain grease leaving a small amount. Add gravy mix and gradually stir in water. Add remaining ingredients. Place mixture into casserole dish; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, covered dish, stir occasionally. Serve over noodles or rice.

Nice for a quick meal with thick sauce for a single person or tight budgets. Family ate it, but concensus is that this will be a one timer, a little on the bland side. This will not be added to my recipe binder.
