CHERRY MASH CANDY 
2 boxes white frosting mix
1/2 tsp. cheery candy flavoring
2 lb. powdered sugar
1 can Eagle Brand
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 oz. paraffin
1 lb. chopped salted nuts

Melt butter, add sugar, cherries, milk, vanilla; mix well. Roll into small balls then freeze on cookie sheet. Melt in double boiler chips, nuts, and paraffin dip balls into melted mixture with toothpicks.

Great recipe, make sure to let the dough stand in the fridge before rolling into balls. I ended up using 2 1/2 bags of chocolate chips.
