CHICKEN - BROCCOLI DIVAN 
1 lb. fresh broccoli spears, or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
1 can cream of broccoli or cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. batter, melted

In skillet, heat butter over medium heat, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover, cook 10 minutes or until chicken and broccoli are done, stirring occasionally.
