BANANA STRAWBERRY DELIGHT
(LO-CAL)
 
4 ripe bananas, cut up
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
16 oz. pkg. frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
2 c. water
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca

Place bananas and lemon juice in blender. Blend until smooth. Place banana mixture in saucepan. Add strawberries, water and tapioca. Mix well. Let stand 5 minutes. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Let stand 20 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours.
