CARROT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. bacon powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. shredded carrot
1 c. oil
4 eggs

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Gradually add 2 cups of sifted powdered sugar, beat until smooth. Add nuts if desired.
