A.'S COPPER PENNIES 
3 lbs. carrots, peeled & sliced
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 green pepper, cut in rings
2 med. onions, cut in rings

Steam sliced carrots in vegetable steamer for 10 minutes. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over carrots in bowl with peppers and onions. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
