ZUCCHINI PUFFS 
1 1/2 Cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup finely chopped zucchini

Mix together milk, egg and zucchini. Add dry ingredients until all wet. Drop by tablespoon into hot crisco.
