TACO PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. Ortega taco mix
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. water
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. sour cream
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 c. Dorito chips

Brown ground beef and drain off all fat. Add taco mix, onion, and water; simmer 5 minutes. Spread crescent rolls in a 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Top with crushed Dorito chips, then meat mixture. Spread on sour cream and top with Cheddar cheese soup. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (can add chopped tomatoes after baking).
