7 MINUTE CHICKEN IN A GARDEN 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 can French fried onions
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk

Combine chicken, thawed vegetables, soup and milk. Add 1 cup French fried onions. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onions. Bake until onions are warm.
